- Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are dynamic and may change based on availability, peak seasons, or external factors.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made via secure online payment gateways, bank transfer, or approved UPI methods.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or official communication).
- Cancellation charges vary based on the package, airline/hotel policies, and timing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier policies and may take up to 7–14 working days.
- Dishncy Holidays will deduct any service charges, transaction fees, or penalties imposed by third parties.
- Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport, visa, and any required travel documents.
- While we assist with visa applications, we are not responsible for approval or rejection by embassies or consulates.
- No refund will be issued in case of visa rejection, unless otherwise stated.
- Responsibilities of the Traveller
- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for complying with destination country regulations, including health, customs, and COVID-related rules.
- Dishncy Holidays shall not be liable for any denial of entry, deportation, or other travel disruptions due to non-compliance.
- Liability Disclaimer
- We act only as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss, injury, accidents, or changes made by these third parties.
- Travel insurance is recommended to cover any unforeseen risks or losses.
- Force Majeure
Dishncy Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or service failures due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dishncy Holidays and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
